Sacred Connection. Wild Belonging

Join us at Sōl Connection for a journey of wellness, community, and personal growth through movement and nature.

Who is Sōl?

We’re Mariah and Leslie the co-founders of SōL Connection.
We both bring backgrounds in dance, shaping our shared understanding of the body as an important component of wellness and connection.
Leslie’s work is shaped by her lived experience with Lyme disease, POTS, and chronic illness, which informs a trauma-aware and nervous-system–informed approach to care. She is committed to building inclusive community spaces and advancing justice through relational, accessible practices.Mariah is a yoga instructor and licensed counselor with academic training in human trafficking and systemic injustice. Her work integrates movement, mental health expertise, and advocacy, alongside a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility.Together, we lead SōL Connection with a focus on accessibility, integrity, and creating community spaces that support connection.
We want to create a space where every soul deserves connection, where belonging is valued over belief, and community is nurtured with care. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, we offer a space for reflection, restoration.
We’re so glad you’re here. Let’s gather.
